Either start Kirmada and click “Forgot Password” on the login screen, or go to the client portal at https://portal.kirmada.com/#/login and click “Forgot Password“.
Enter your email address when prompted and then check your email for a verification code. Enter the verification code and your new password on the screen where prompted. You will need to complete this action within 15 minutes before the verification code expires.
