Meta, who own Instagram and Facebook, have a few hoops you have to jump through when it comes to connecting apps like Kirmada.
- Your Instagram account must be a business account.
- Your Instagram accounts must be linked to a Facebook page.
- You need to have admin access to the Facebook page for the link to work.
Once you have followed these steps (links to further information below), all you need to do to connect a Workspace to your Instagram by clicking the Edit Workspace icon 
on the homepage Workspace card and then Connect Instagram.
